I will tell you a trick. If you go to inspection in Virginia (Any state I think) with the windows rolled down, they legally cant roll them up to check them.

My friend was denied in Richmond for limo on his truck, he went to another place with the windows rolled down and no problems. I do the same thing, works every time.

wished I had known that before I took the tint off. I was talking to a guy who is from around here and he said no way will they pass my truck so I took it off. But maybe if a statey would have seen it they would have made me take it off right then.
