front bumper filler

how hard is it to remove the front bumper filler ? is it bolted on from the back or does it just snap in. taking off my rear bumper tomorrow to repaint it and would like to be able to get the filler off to any input would be helpful

I need to ATTACH it though, not remove it. Far as I can tell, it doesn't secure in there at all. Which is why I posted. That must be wrong.

Since your post was a few months ago, I'm hoping you found a solution by now. If so, what did you find out?
