Is there a good way to repair scratches/chips in the clear coat?

    I'm just curious, my 2010, less than 1 year ownership has chips/nicks in the clear on the wheels and hood. I'd like to patch it up but don't really want to have to re-shoot and clear the whole freaking hood and wheels.
