Dealer got me to put the Xzilion paint sealer on my new Tacoma. My bad. With that water under the bridge, how long do I need to wait before applying a good coat of wax. In typical fashion the dealer applied the protectant to a poorly prepared surface and the end result is marginal at best.

    Thanks for any input

You can start waxing right away. FYI, Toyota's Xzilion paint sealer is *cough* crap. The shop I ran in Ontario used to apply this stuff for a local Toyota dealer. It's not a bad product, but they don't give us NEARLY enough to finish an entire vehicle, and it's applied by low-level employees. Get your wax out, and have at 'er.
