Question Road paint flecks on fenders and wells

They must have been road painting. I have a spattering of white paint flecks on the inside of the wheel wells and sprinkled on the outside of the plastic fenders on one side of the truck. Like little dots. I could almost pick them off w a finger nail. I'm worried about using a scrub brush or harsh chemical on the plastic fenders to clean it off.

Idea?

Clay bar works on plastic?? Genius. I will give that a try.

I thought about goo-gone or goof-off but don't want to risk the plastic. Esp on the "finished" outer part.

good off will work. just use it in an inconspicuous spot first but I have used it for this very purpose without issue.

I've used the acid mag wheel wash stuff that I buy from the detail supply place here for paint on the plastic... Also goof off might be the best invention ever produced!
