I have a 2012 Tacoma. The day that I bought my truck, I noticed a few scuffs on the black plastic that is between my dash and glovebox. The other day I have a friend rub his knee across the piece of "dash" and now I have a big scuff on it.

Anyone else have this problem? The surface is different than that of the dash, almost like a flat black plastic. Does anyone know how to remove these marks?

Did you ever find a solution? I have the same issue but it came from the cardboard of a pizza box. Design flaw.
