Something I noticed about TW ICE

3" Tuff Country Lift + AAL rear Magnaflow muffler

I have tried to figure out if TW Ice is a polish or a wax. The instructions talk about it as if it were a wax, but the packaging says it's a polish.
I have noticed that a day or two after I apply it, there seems to be a light dust on my Black Sand Pearl truck. When I wipe the dust off it leaves some black residue on the rag. That would seem to indicate that it is a polish and it's removing a very thin layer of paint.
Anybody out there have the lowdown on this product and what EXACTLY it is?
