Hood Deflector removal

    Hey, i just bought a 2006 tacoma, its white and came with hood deflector that i think looks horrible.
    I need some tips on removing it. It has the clear plastic posts that are glued??? to the hood... how do i remove these without damaging the hood/paint? Any help will be great

    i would say a hair dryer and some goo be gone or laq thinner to remove the residue
    i am gonna do the same thing to mine
