Removing wax from bumper/bed door handle

I waxed my truck the other day, and accidently got some on the rear bumper and handle to the bed door. I tried removing it with a clothe, but wasn't successful. Any ideas how to remove it ?

 

Rubbing Alcohol should take it off. You can then use Mother's "Back to Black" to darken up the bumpers.

 

Tire shine. Also, Meguiars new Tech 2.0 wax you can use on black plastic.

 

I don't have any suggestions on removal but another suggested wax for the plastics that do a great job on the black is Turtle wax ice.

I have been told that peanut butter works from the official detailing thread on here. Something about peanut oil.

 

TIre shine will work till you wash it again, but I found that a Mr. Cleean Magic Eraser woorks great

 

Gasoline, fire, and insurance claim. just kidding. good luck.

 

Be careful with those, they are pretty abrasive and eat paint very gently.

 

What I used was a very fine bristle brush. It worked great. Thanks guys.
