so i had to take my truck to the body shop to repair my driverside a-pillar where it seemed someone tried to break in with a crobar. whoever that bastard was. but anyways when i got my truck home i noticed there was like a white primer overspray coated preety much all over my back glass and some spots on driver and pass. window, hell even some on my engine. it sucks looks like sh*t. Any suggestions on what to use to get it off without damaging the tint on my windows????

Use the people at the bodyshop to get the overspray off. That way if the tint gets screwed up they can fix that too.

Stop payment or have the insurance stop payment. Than again, it may not be an issue at all, might be oops sorry and they fix it.

thats not chill you should go down there and make a scene:)
no but you should really let them take care of it they are responsible for the work that they do. even if they do have your car for a couple extra days, if they mess up your tint then they will pay not you.

Primer/Paint on the inside of the windows, where the film tint is?

Razorblade or steel wool with window cleaner as a lubricant on the outside of the windows. If its on the tint itself I would try window cleaner, rags and some elbow grease, although I would be worried about scratching the film tint with the excessive force its going to take.

Use clay if it got on your paint (hard to believe it didn't if your windows got coated). It typically comes off pretty easily with clay and is the safest way to remove it.

When your vehicle is clean, slide your hand across the painted surface. If it feels gritty, you need to clay it.

Our CSI Q-7 clay is $9.95 with free shipping right now. :D

yeah i see what some of you are saying. but the overspray is inside of the truck windows, dont understand how it got inside! none on the outside, only thing on the out side is the rear passenger brake light cover is covered also. such bull shit. going to get a rental and call them back i guess. Just HATE not having my taco sitting in the driveway.
