insulated shell anyone ?

    sorry not sure where this topic fell into place so detailing sounded good...
    but I'm looking to insulate my shell I've herad that sometimes people put the dense stryrofoam on the roof and walls to help a little wondering if people have heard of that... tried that... or think someone's feeding me crap- let alone have other idea's on how to insulate it.... I honestly dont care how good it looks it just has to work and be cheap!
