So I painted the middle portion of the front bumper. But now some of the paint is chipping off from driving. I dont want to keep re-painting it over. I was thinking of removing the paint and getting vinyl. What should I use and will it damage the paint on the factory bumper?

Why would you remove the paint if your planning on putting vinyl on it?

not sure if its better to take that layer of paint off since its chipping or if I should just put the vinyl over it
