    Does anyone know if i can tint over factory tint? I hear that that factory tint is in the window but it isnt dark enough for me. Anybody have any insight or advice??

    It's not tint. It's smoked glass. Tint it however you like, but it'll never be lighter than what it is unless you replace the window (and clear glass is available).

    So, you're fine. Go nuts.

    Yes you can tint over it with no issues :thumbsup:

    For the sake of future confusion, let's not refer to the factory windows being tinted - they're not tinted. Window tint is removable, the smoked glass used in OEM "privacy glass" is not something that can be changed outside of glass replacement.
