I was curious if anyone could tell me how to treat the chrome on the grille. I know the back bumper is actually chrome and should be treated with a chrome polish when necessarily, but as for the front, I wasn't sure if it was chrome colored paint that needed wax and should be treated like paint, or if it was chrome and should be treated as such.

    Thanks in advance.

I just wash mine with regular car wash and I dry with that Armor-all Wax and Dry. My chrome grill comes up nice and shiney like that!

for my grille, i always use carwash soap, then when its dry, i'll use some meguiars/mothers polish and wax if needed. the bumper, i usually use the same thing.........and its still smooth and shiny.

Thanks, I figured that the grille is just painted, but wanted to make sure. I don't usually wax chrome. My experiance with my '69 Camaro is that it makes the chrome hazy after a while, where polish won't. You can just buff the wax to clear it up, but its easier to just use the chrome stuff.
