    Even brought out the work light and just put em on in the dark!
    Just had to dremel and smooth out the high spot on the grill.
    Put a dab of never-seize on the threads and I'm good to go!
    I'll get some pics up whenever I see daylight.

    Unfortunately no, the black scuff marks do not come off! And there is a big line of it on the side of my right horn. :( There is also a piece of it that looks to be chipped off. (as shown in the picture) I'm trying not to be that guy but it grinds my gears a little that this happened after such a long wait and a lot of money.

    Contact Andres with your concerns man... It's not being like any guy.. You paid for a product and it should be mint with no scratches or anything.. I have not heard anyone else say anything so maybe yours just slipped through the cracks of quality control. He can always replace and refinish yours.
