I was wondering if any sort of lift was needed for these to fit. I'm interested in running 265 75s on the 16x8s but I don't know if the 0mm offset and the 4.5" backspacing will cause scrubbing compared to the TRD Sports I'm running now with 30mm offset and 5.5" backspacing. Any help would be much appreciated!!:D
BTW I'm running stock pre runner suspension right now

Ok guys I need some opinions. I have a stock '14 4x4 OR in MGM color. Do I want the black MK6s or the gunmetal? And 0 or -10 offset. I know what the differences are I am just wondering from personal experiences

I say 0 offset if you're going to run a bigger tire than stock. Mine with -10 rubbed pretty good on, well, pretty much everything when turning. Trimmed in the front of wheel well, trimmed in the back. 0 offset is pretty much perfect with 265/70r17 BFG ATs.

I'd love to see the gunmetal wheels on a MGM truck!

Do you have the 17x8 or 17x9 with -10? I'm get confused real easy on the offset and backspacing.

I had 17x8.5 Guardians on my Tacoma with -6 offset, which give roughly the same stance as a 17x8 with -10. My next wheels will be 16x8 with 4.5 backspacing and 0 offset. Specifically the MK6s.

Well I just pulled the trigger and ordered the MK6 16x8 0 offset in gunmetal. I have a MGM truck and 265/75/16 Duratracs.

Still waiting on the TRD center caps - sorry, but the '8' just wasn't doing anything for me.

    Great color combination!!

If you wouldn't mind a suggestion? Get that grill surround color matched to the wheels!! :D

Your truck looks killer, nice work. Where did you order the TRD center caps from?

Gunmetal surround wouldn't be a bad idea, but if I change it, it'll probably be to a color match. For now, keeping "most" mods to a functional nature.

Caps are coming from Amazon, well, sold through Amazon, seller is a Toyota dealer somewhere, Florida I think from the tracking info I looked at.

Caps arrived, thanks again to Discount Tire / Discount Tire Direct. Been buying all my tires from ya'll for years, and see no good reason to stop. Now just need to "wear out" these Rugged Trails to get some better meats on the truck.

Just ordered some from discount tire last weekend, the sales guy said he only had 4 left. I guest he wasn't just trying to motivate me to pull the trigger. He said they had 16x8 in -10 offset in stock though.

I like the TRD center. Is that a decal? or something else? looks tight!

    Just got my mk6's mounted!

Put some new grabber at2 265/70/r16's on, with the mk6 -10 offset and no lift. Minimal rubbing at full turn on the inner plastic fender shroud, but some minor trimming will take care of that.

Overall I'm happy with it, might replace the center caps with the silver TRD ones, undecided about that big silver 8 on them.
