DSM Unprofessional

One of the reasons why I decided to go to them was because of their deals. When I spoke with them on the phone they seemed very knowledgeable about what I needed. It was him pretty much saying oh well come back tomorrow I busy doing something else that got me heated.

I think he has a valid point. But he should understand how small businesses work. If shit comes up, they gotta close up shop. You cant just leave a small business by itself. This is a situation where you suck it up and try again the next day w an appt.

 

OP, the reason this thread exploded is because DSM is a very highly rec'd company, and your initial posts (though you have a reason to be frustrated) was just a bias rant on stuff that was not entirely DSM's fault. There was much that you could have done to prevent what happened, and at the end of the day, crap happens.

Your also taking a beating because of the way you vented. IT would have been one thing to say your pissed or titled your thread DSM Pissed Me Off. But painting them with the broad Unprofessional Brush when they have gone out of their way for members here is why everyone is now chalking you up to be a whiny asshole. There's the right way to go about things and the wrong way. You chose the latter. Bit the best way was to deal with it with them and leave it at that but you chose to put them on blast on TW and it blew up in your face.

i didn't read the op but from what i have seen he is complaining that he had an appointment then they cancelled or they where not there when he showed up?

i have never heard anything bad about them at all as a matter of fact i have only heard positively glowing reviews of the way they treat everybody.. so i'm a bit confused.

op if you really want to complain shop at 4wp's they will give you something to cry about.

before i post on a public forum it would have to be a problem i tried to resolve multiple times with the vendor and received no help.

there would also need to be a problem in the first place this kind of shit while it's funny is fucked up this is from what i have heard a really good small business serving a ton of guy's in our tacoma community so why bash them on a site they make their living on because they closed up shop early one day?

jesus maybe there was some kind of emergency kid sick mother sick car accident wtf who cares maybe he wanted to get home in time for one life to live who the fuck cares. there are enough genuinely horrible vendors on here so why try and bring down a good one?

when 4wp's screwed me over a few weeks ago i was reffered to them by other members on here and they helped me understand what the story was with my set-up christ i didn't even buy anything from them i called for their expertise on the subject and they where super nice and quite helpful i might add.
