best multiplayer Xbox 360 games?

I just bought my brother in-law the new 250GB Xbox 360 slim for his birthday this Sunday. What are some good games that we can play together? I figured if I spent $300 bones on this thing I better get to play it too. Any ideas? We are both into action, shooter, racing games, things like that. Thanks for the help guys!

 

modern warfare II is great for first person shooters, forza 3 is great for racing.

 

Call of Duty straight up. Thats a game every Xbox needs to have. And yeah probably some racing game.

Just as a warning:

Video games are hands down the worst thing you could put your money into. They lose there value like oil is being spilled into the Gulf coast. I would suggest you find a hobby that you two enjoy, let it be anything.

MW2 and Borderlands are my favorites. Borderlands is fun if you're looking for something a little more chill. MW2 is pretty fast paced. Most of the fun in Borderlands is finding loot

 

Any of the Lego games are a blast. I know they seem childish but they are all really fun. Start with the Star Wars, then Batman, the Indiana Jones. Great fun for two players, and they are co-op instead of being vs.

 

My vote would be alcohol or strippers, but who knew video games were so bad for the wallet. What you can do, as most intelligent adults do; buy the games used then sell them back when you're finished.

 

AHAHAHA yes, your right. putting your money into strippers, alcohol and or hookers is the worst investment you can make.

When I buy a game I usually end up keeping it (unless it sucks). And even if you buy it used and then you sell it back; what you paid for it and what they're paying you is most likely going to be less then what you paid for the game it's self.

The only problem is: WHAT AM I GOING TO DO WITH ALL THESE STRIPPERS?!?!

COD Modern Warfare 2 is crack! I had to quit it cold turkey. COD Black Ops looks like is gonna be a good one.

 

I've been playing this cheese dick game called Earth Defense Force 2017 for almost 2 years. There are 52 missions with 5 different levels. I've been stuck with 9 missions left on the 5th level for almost 18 months. The game is cheap and just plain fun because all you do is kill shit and if you have a partner, you can do some major damage. Just my worthless 2 cents....
