I'm under the impression it was his mom Cercei (sp). Several ppl made comments to her about not being the queen anymore and with Joffrey dead, the marriage is now void and she is the Queen...I think. She seems like a power hungry bitch that would do anything, I mean she banged her own brother and had several kids with him.

But I think someone else might have done it cuz the joker snuck the Stark girl out quickly as it was happening like he knew about it.

I agree. I was getting tired of the little prick myself. I was surprised at how quickly in the season they killed him off as well. I expected a couple of episodes. In my opinion I agree with Sammy. The Joker was already sneaking off Lady Stark before the "king" started barely choking. Either he was involved, or knows SOMETHING for sure. I have avoided reading the books because I don't want to have any spoilers. I don't think Cercie did it. She has too much control with her son and she wouldn't want him dead. By order of succession, the new wife would retain being the queen. Even if she knocked off the new queen, she would only be Queen Regent, and it would place the kingdom back into a war over who is rightful heir. It would do Cercie absolutely no good at all to murder her own son.

Thinking back to both shows, I suspect either the Joker (but I really doubt he did it alone, most probably directed to do it) or possibly the Enich (Forgot his name ATM) It could of course be someone we have not seen in a while. Will be interesting to find out. Personally I still vote that the Targarian queen should be the ruler! Her and her Unsullied and 3 dragons are a powerful force to contend with.

 

Next in line after Joffrey is his little brother

 

Maybe Lady Stark dropped the poison in when she picked the cup up from under the table

 

I think he's suppose to be same age as bran. All the kids are a little older in the show than the books

 

Yeah i avoid the books myself, and about the dragons. Didnt Bran Stark have a vision on the dragons going over the town, i wonder if can he be able to control them or at least have some information on whats to come.

That is true. As I recall though was he not in "custody" of the dead Catelyn Stark, and King Robb? I am curious who has him at this point.

To be honest, I don't see Lady Stark as being the type. She would be too afraid to risk that.

Most of Bran's abilities are to see through the eyes of animals, and in rare instances (like Hodor) to put a human to sleep. A dragon is a LOT bigger. I am curious if his power would be that great. Either way, the Stark family has no real claim on the Iron Throne, but just their self-proclaimed "King of the north". I see Daenerys Targaryen as the true heir. I hope she wins it. She's bad ass!

 

Tommen was at the wedding reception. and he is in line to be the next king and will be.
