Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2 Thread

I played like 3 matches first thing this morning (6am) but had to be at work by 7, so tired from last night, the coffee kept me awake way longer than expected. But it's interesting, played 2 matches of HC TDM and 1 match of 1 in the chamber. I miss those "party" game modes. Should be a good game, at least for the next 6 months till everyone is tired of it.

 

Haven't even opened my game yet but just saw the trailer on youtube and extremely surprised with the FPSRussia dude ont he trailer, awesome.... ahha

 

Ialso couldn't believe the kids peeling out of the parking lot at the launch thing last night, AHHH I GOTTA BE FIRST PRESTIGE! LOL wtf nubs

 

There was at least 3-4 cop cars at the one I went to last night, every 5 minutes there was another car pulled over, but I think it was mostly for loud noise from their stereos.

 

This is waiting at home for me from Amazon. I will never wait in a ridiculous line for a game. I've actually come to pretty much dislike the COD franchise since MW2 and have gotten more into the Battlefield games but I picked this up for shits and giggles anyway since plenty of friends were getting it. Although I tend to lose interest in most games these days as I'm not much of a gamer like I used to be.

 

so what's the concensus from people that have played it already? worth the $60 or should i wait and buy it preowned?

 

I loved MW3... I was OK with BLOPS.

I think it's too early to give my full opinion, but I am pretty disappointed that you can kill your teammate in hard core. Too many people are coming around corners and killing me on my own team. I wish they had HC KC... I was reminded why I quit playing TDM. Fuckin hate campers.

 

Killing your newb teammates is part of the fun.
Anyways, picked it up...gonna give treyarc a shot...I enjoyed bo more than mw3

 

They at least have TK punishment right? I still haven't opened the CD haha

 

3 friendly kills and you get booted just like the old Black Ops. All i play is HC

 

I am going out on a limb saying this is the best one so far. IMO it is worth the money, drawbacks are in hardcore arena, no hardcore HQ pisses me off atlerast throwing domination would have been ok. Who wants to play capture the flag or search and destroy.

 

After playing 8 or so games, different guns and maps, otherwise same as any other COD game as of late. I guess I have to give them credit for re-selling the same game every year to the same people when for me it amounts to a $60 expansion pack, which is why I eventually got turned off to COD games. Weapons/maps aside I feel like I'm playing MW2. Meh. It will keep me entertained for a few weeks.

 

Sure would be nice if the piece of shit servers worked.

 

Only played the campaign so far but its pretty sweet!
