Battlefield 4 "All Inclusive" Thread

I played through 3 matches last night and it went great with no issues.

 

I had some trouble getting into Rush games last night. Took a few tries, but finally got it. I also noticed the above mentioned issue with the match filtering. Seemed weird to me when it was telling me there were no Rush games available, and that none of the Rush games had anyone in them.

The campaign was good, just really shot IMO. I started playing yesterday at around 6, played for an hour and half, took an hour break, hopped back on and played until around 12 or so and beat the campaign.

 

I wish they just wouldn't develop a campaign and put that time into more multiplayer dev.

 

I get a network connection error but I'm connected to the internet

I had to try like 6-7 times before I could get into a game. I got the same error on my PS3, but there was no problem with my internet connection. It's just buggy.

Played in one round and it was really lagging, but otherwise was smooth. I think it's just a little buggy, they will work it out.

 

I'm sure they will, I got annoyed when it didn't join a game too, took a bit but finally got it one

 

I'm sure it will get worked out. BF3 was shit at first due to server overloads and bugs needing to get worked out. Its just aggravating more than anything. Hell they rolled out an almost 200MG patch on the 360 on the same day it launched, thats no bueno.

 

It's amazing how companies can get away with selling half finished/buggy games. Granted I know testing this shit takes a lot and making it work perfect on every platform takes a lot but still.

 

Other than finding games and the filtering issue it really has been pretty smooth IMO. Having supah fast fancy pants Fios internets probably helps too though.

 

I also really enjoy the single player mode. Wish it was much longer.

 

Since this is a battlefield 4 thread anyone pre order the new x box one? Got mine pre ordered for November 22

 

What are people's thoughts? Attack boats, little bird with 25mm canons, ACWR, and M416 are rape machines. Paracel storm, operation locker, and haignon resort are my favorites.

 

Traditionally I've been more a PC game guy, but I haven't been playing near as much lately and have found the "just fire it up, pop the disc in and play on the couch" appealing about a console (I have a PS3). I think PC is overall better gaming, but meh. I just bought BF4 for the PS3 and the 9.99 "upgrade" for the PS4 version when it comes out. Downloading now- my PSN is aaronc13

Can't get the game to play stable worth a dang. Constant crashes, or constant errors. Hell I get a stupid popup from DICE saying that my "Radeon 7800 series" video card "does not support Direct X 10.0" But when I run DxDiag it says, of course, that I am currently RUNNING Direct X 11.0. How stupid is that?
