I like FJ's, but I see 20 or 30 Wrangler 4-doors (mostly driven by women) for every FJ. They could probably sell more if the top came off.

That's the whole reason I bought an FJ (all the girls driving jeeps). Besides, I've owned Jeeps before and I just didn't want to deal with the crap quality issues. Just as an example, my buddy went out and bought a brand new jeep and both front and rear differentials are already leaking.

Meh, doesn't hurt my feelings. Never cared for them. Never drove one but don't like the looks and just seems like an unusable vehicle unless all you do wheel.

I love the FJ buddy has one. if i had one i’d have to get a small trailer but thats not really a big deal.IMHO.

I’d hate to see them go! maybe they will discontinue it for a few years and then bring it back wit a some kinda change.

I had a 2007 TRD edition FJ traded it for my '13 Tacoma. Great little buggies but I love the Taco more.

They should discontinue it and start selling the 70 series land cruiser like in Europe.

2014 is it for the FJs, which isn't bad. I honestly didn't like them when they first came out, but it sorta grew on me. I really loved it when modified and that was the big seller for me. Rumors are just opinions and guesses. The fact is we have what we have.

I really like many things about the FJ, i have always wanted the beige.

BUT, wtf am i going to do with, it.. All the "drawbacks" of a truck, and no bed :/

There are some things i wish we got in the taco from the FJ like 4wd shifter, waterproofish washable, tiltometer stuff (more like old yotas) and some of the special packages.

I completely agree they should bring the SFA non luxury LC from over seas here.

I personaly would just like toyota to give me some springs in the back that werent softer than horse droppings.

Its too bad, but really not much Niche' sells for long from toyota it seems so they have to drop it and bring it back etc, but with the hippies etc who knows if its going to be back. (mr2, the gulwing thing i cant remember the name of, alltrac, etc)

now as much as i dont like jeep for thier old quality issues, thats a Niche vehicle that keeps its following, who knows why. Probably the years and years of propganda they advertise. But look from the tj to the rubicon's what improvements they have made, and they take the marketing pitfalls like mud terrains stock, and SFA.. I recently read a whole thing about the BFG M/T that was on the jeep and the Rubicon and all of the hoops they had to jump through to get it past the guys who wanted to keep making tj's and "trail rated" compasses.. yes i know the compass and rubicons were made at the same time. And i would love for Toyota to put some effort back into thier stuff (like they did with the FR/S) and revamps the stuff. They seem to rather to change the stickers and give everything a face lift. Its a damn good thing what they are keeping is still good shit

Has the FJ changed at all over the recent years since toyota started producing them again?
Seems like I first saw the newer style FJ back in 2006. It seems that the exterior has stayed the same since then. Im sure they have updated the interior but what about the exterior?
