I think green would be interesting to see, not too sure if it would be something I would go with.
Side question, do the needles have like a film on it similar to what I heard of the AC controls that keeps them orange?

hey pyro, I was wondering if you were still doing these LED's. I just got my 2006 truck, and was thinking about changing the orange lights in the next couple months. I'm located down in ruskin, thanks

cookee62 that is very possible! I would ask you however to scrape off the red backing on the needles as I dont want to be held responsible if the needles brake or get messed up for some reason. I understand that its pretty easy to do with a razor blade and takes about a minute to do. As for the leds I would need to know about 2-weeks in advance when you want to do this so I can place a special order in fro you for the white LED's

Guys in Orlando... I might just have to make a trip if 3 people are wanting to get this done. If we could all schedule one day that works with everyone I might make a special trip especially if there's a six pack. Now I know Orlando is a big place so a general location would be good that I could maybe put up a table and tent and if it's not to hot just a table. Wish I could do this at Bass Pro but I'm sure someone would bitch... So I'll leave it up to you guys to find a day that works ( Tuesday's Thursday's, Saturday's ) those are my open days for now until December. Oh and nov 3rd week is out I'll be going to the NASCAR race in Texas.

I'm down for Tuesday or Thursday, I am willing to pay $40 if that will make up for any loss of people. How about next week Tuesday or Thursday??
What do all you Orlando guys say? Tuesday or Thursday next week?

I've never done the steering wheel controls. I'm too afraid of damaging the crucial nose breaking device inside the wheel (air bag). I'm sure they are easy to change as well but I'd need someone to show me some pictures of it open so I can see what kind of LEDs are inside and how easy it is to get to them.

This week I am very busy with a Mechanics of particle systems II test and my full attention is going to be studying until Monday. I will check on here for updates but be patient with me as school comes first that way I can pay for all the mods in the world after ( or my student loans) haha.

I'll be placing a LED order tonight so anyone one that want other colors speak up now and PM me. Choices are: green, red, blue, white. I have to order a min of 50 of each so please have a few people that want the same color. I am for sure ordering blue and thinking about white as well.

Orlando guys! I need a place to do these mods at, preferably where I won't get kicked out of a parking lot and if possible a place that has power for the solder iron. Thanks!

If you need help removing the air bag for the steering wheel controls, i could handle that for you, if you make it here for the meet, i could see if that restraunt would let us do something there, if not we could go down the street to my dealership and set up in the parking lot in the back and take care of it. Since the meet is at 12, we could go to the dealer around 2 or 3 and get started.
