Just give me a call, I'll help you launch it. :) Keene's Point public ramps are just down the street.

My experience in buying a "Used" boat didnt go so well. Bought a SeaDoo jet boat for like $3500. Just rebuilt with the paperwork. Well i had it out like 3 times before the motor blew and left me stranded over in chain of lakes. 2k later to get top end rebuilt and it blows again. never again.

don't get me wrong, they do break ALL the time, but I'm hoping the problem was that you didn't have the right mechanic work on it, i'm assuming it was a 2 stroke? a top end should be about $300 if you do it yourself (if 1 of 2 is gone, or $600 for both) and then they guy prob didn't tune it right so it was running too rich or lean?

If you are interested in buying a jetski then wait a few months for the harsh FL winter to kick in and buy in January. You can save a few bucks if you are willing to wait. New or used the prices drop

My experience was just the opposite, Looked & looked for a fresh water ONLY (hard to find in Fla.) ski 500CC to 750CC. Went all over Orlando looking ,Cant be in a hurry for the right one.. Paid good $$ when I found the one I wanted,He would not come down.. Used it in the mid Fla fresh water only for 3 summers.Used it shit out of it. Sold it for 200$ less then I gave for it.. Only put 1 battery & a set of plugs in it in 3 years. It was a Yamaha.

RR nailed it with the Yamaha. Yamaha has always treated me right on the water. If I'm doing anything marine, it's powered by Yamaha. Anything on the trail it's powered by Honda. Anything on the street, it's powered by Toyota.
I do buy American cheese though. (Truthfully I don't eat cheese, so that's a lie.)

Well, I am kinda hoping the guy emails me back and says he sold them already lol. It's just a good deal and hard to pass up. I had Avid's on my last Taco and I'm torn on which way too go on my new Taco. There's so many good ones out there now. I'm swaying to the SOS sliders
