Black Headlight Mod...mod. It is where you bake your healdlight to soften the sealant around the lense, remove the lense from the housing, spray the area surrounding the reflector black (or any other color), reseal everything, and reinstall.

I haven't done the mod but have read the write-ups. Good luck sickson!

I just knocked out my satoshi the other week. Pretty happy with it. I was thinking BHLM but my lenses are so scratched and sun beat that I wasn't going to waste the time. Myabe down the road I'll hit them up with a buffer and go for it.

Hey mojo! welcome! Decided to paint my grille while it was apart. Goodbye nasty chrome! Might do a custom grill too. Hate the stock one.

way i look at it is its something i want to do but im not gonna pay $500 for a grill... i had it off to do my headlights and took it apart to paint it all without breaking one tab. no way thats happening again. might as well go balls out while half the work is already done. i dont have a lot of experience with fiber glass and bodywork but im pretty handy and if i go slow it think it will be hard to mess up.

LOL i could of sworn you just copied and pasted most of that from my post. no way i was paying someone to do what i can do, also havent worked much with fiberglass, im ok with body work, but pretty damn handy. i modded my satoshi a bit. didnt want it as deep as others and wasnt a fan of the flush mounts so i found a middle-to-deep spot where i wanted it. took my time and it came out pro. looking forward to yours.

EDIT: and i had my headlights off since i went smoked which led to the start of the satoshi. might as well is what i said
