    Either that or it was the club rats headed to Ybor. Either way, it was pretty nasty until I got to the Causeway and then it was still heavy but at least it was moving. Lightened up a whole lot once I got on Eisenhower.

    J/K. It was cool of you to come visit all the way from ol' MCO. That was a heck of a haul. :cool:

    BTW, that was just awesome that 10 trucks and 11 people showed up to this. That just kicks buttocks!

    had an awesome, but super long day, i mean after finishing the lift in 3 hrs, we sat and shot the breeze for the rest of the afternoon.

    Really wanted to thank all the guys that got their hands dirty and took care of business, couldn't have done it without you. Also thanks again mike for letting us come over to play.

    Greg we were so glad to have TW's most famous member join us today. I kept on telling them that we didn't need to run the spacer, cuse greg said it'd be cool, but the rest of the guys made me :crazy: they were saying some shit like the wheel and rim were rubbing the spindle, i didn't really believe it cause you said it was cool

    No problem, Nam. Like I said, it was nice to wrench on someone else's truck with no real pressure. Glad I could help out. And, yeah, the truck looks a lot better now. The those giant wheels look more proportionate now. :D

    How did it ride on the way home? Any vibes? Brakes work okay?

    ride home was good, thanks for asking :) little startup shutter, but nothing i really care to look into, brakes were like normal, i didn't really slam on them, but i couldn't really tell a difference, only got up to bout 50ish, but no noticeable vibs imo. and still no leaking atf, so i think that'll be good for the time being, gonna order the 1.25'' of these now

    Good deal. Be careful that you don't get one too thick. I'm pretty sure you don't want the driveshaft shoved all the way up in that cup on the tranny. You'll need some space so it will be able to slide forward when the axle travels up. And since you'll have a bit more up-travel than a stock truck, you might want to have it sticking out a bit further to ensure it doesn't bottom out. Don't know if you took that into account or not.

    Just a guess on my part and someone more knowledgeable might say different, but I'd think having it sit half it's length in the cup and the other half out might be a good starting point. If you measure how far that is, that might give you a good starting point for the driveshaft spacer. If you already did that, then don't mind me...carry on. :D

    I didn't think you would leak ATF. It looked like to me it was still in the seal.

    preciate the advice! i measured it, and it takes approx 1.5'' or maybe a tad over to get it back to it's normal position, and 1'' would have been sticking out like mike's, so i was gonna go with the 1'' but then i saw they had 1.25'' so i just went with that
