I've never been there before but from what I've heard that should be good. Plus, everyone else is 4WD so we have insurance

Most likely I'm going so put me on the list and don't worry about recovery gear I have 6 D-rings , winch , 2 snatch blocks and I have the ARB premium recovery kit that include a snatch strap 30' ,tree saver strap 10' ,winch extension strap 66' on my tool box all the times it is the ARB orange bag

Lazy Springs. Labell, Fl. Sunday, May 25

Hello Forum,

Let me first say that this place is 2hrs, 1min from my house in Miami (Google Map) & well worth it! About the same for Broward & Palm Beach. There is also mud here but I wasn't in the mood for it. There is everything you could want here except shade which is why I just finished ordering a 10 x 10 canopy tent.

Some members from Tacoma World & Karnage Motorsports headed out to Lazy Springs Park in Labelle, Fl to hit some trails. Mauricio, David, Jeremiah, & Jonathan & other friends & family (my wife) had a great time. There was some carnage there as you will see in the pics/vids including a Jeep tearing up the rocks, I bent my step boards & my air compressor burned out as I was re-inflating my 4th tire. It was able to air up a tire for Mauricio & it aired up my 4 tires & died at that moment it finished the last tire. Hahaha.

I had my tires at 20psi to maximize traction so I had to air up to 30 when I left.

BTW,
My wife & I pulled over to a rest stop on I-75 so I can use the bathroom & to air up the tires under a tree for shade. Since it's a public bathroom I put toilet paper on the seat. I didn't know until I got home that I had a tail of toilet paper hanging out of my shorts ! I can only imagine the amount of people that saw me leave with that & must have been cracking up! That rest area was pretty full. Oh my God! We couldn't stop laughing.

Today, I straightened out my steps via a sledge hammer & a 2x4 & I lifted the front 1 more inch.

I'm looking forward to see what mouse007 & trdagule have in pics/vids!

Almost good as new.

All washed up & raised. Now it's 40"'s front & 41.25"'s rear from ground to fender base.

Jeep gets off the rocks.

It's a 6 speed manual & no lockers "yet" so this is a true testament to driver skill & a good spotter. BAD ASS JEEP!!

Us PreRunners gotta stick together! That white 1st gen belongs to Jeremiah & only has 90,000 miles on the clock! Big plans ahead for that one!

And then there was me. I drove up the easy side. Next time I'll try the stairs at an angle to see if I can climb them that way.

OK, this is where I bottomed out on the crest of this hill & damaged my steps. You'll here the unmistakable sound of metal slamming on gravel & my wife got scared. Unfortunately, the impact made her finger come down on the record button & shut it off.

Following Mauricios truck! Looks so tough with that front ARB bumper & 255/85r16 Mud T/A's

I still went for it though. Glad I did!

Another awesome Jeep.

I've said it before & I'll say it again. My wife is the shiznit! She almost busted her ass getting out of my truck but she did it anyways.

4X4 doing it!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pc6HhSms_CY

I was worried that I would drift to the right because the sand is so soft there. I can feel the tires wanting to go straight as I was steering towards the left.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4A6tsH_W9lg

Don't worry Jeremiah. We've all been there. David flexing his suspension.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7aKpLD7-C9A

This place has water skiing & shows. My wife saw another lake with a scuba training sign. We had 2 cheeseburgers, a hot dog, & chips for $9. Not bad at all. Here I was saying good bye to Jeremiah but I accidentally cut the vid short.
