So... I might be driving up to N.Y. beginning of next week...

 

Curb weight is wet weight IIRC. I probably be doing dirty 30s for the axles, 5.29 gears and Aussie lockers or Auburn limited slip.

 

I could have figured that out without you saying because of that bowtie tattoo you TRAITOR!

Also I would be surprised if there is anything Ford in that other than the fiberglass. That was a joke anyway due to that thing being like 400k.

If you get lockers may I recommend you get a snorkel as well because you'll go a lot farther in those unknown depth mud holes

 

Lockers or no lockers it would probably be a good idea but I just hate snorkels.

I wonder if you could figure something out as far as a detachable one? If you only put it on when you wheel it wouldn't even have to look that great.

hmmm. So is your air filter already on top of the carb? If so you are probably in a better situation already instead of from the fender.

Yeah, that's the same exact carb I'm running. I'll just try to keep it out of the water.

Time is flying by, what you got planned for the truck when you get back? You already ordering parts?

 

Nope haven't ordered anything yet. Been busy paying off debt. As soon as I ge back it will be tires and finish the lift. Than the bumpers and last will be the arb locker.
