    1997 t4r has super duty axles, 5.13s locked front and rear. 3 link front with 14" kings. Rear 63s.
    Subdivision green grass now winter it will be brown.

    Where the lot is my hours had to sit back so my front is smaller then the rest.

    I have zoysia grass, it browns all winter when it goes dormant, but comes back nicely in the spring

    Couldn't help myself...
    Zoysia is good stuff, a bit pricey but the water savings pays for itself. It's a shame that a lot of HOA's won't allow it down there.
