At the request of fj6high, I'm stepping up to the plate and getting the ball rolling on a meet and greet for the radomes in the Tampa Bay Area that wanna meet talk bs and hit some nearby trails.

The plan is to meet up at the Steak & Shake on 54 and little rd at high noon (lol) we will grab some food talk smack, then hit some local trails ( thanks to fj6high for the local trail knowldge) if not we will head to Rancho where atv's and dirt bikes are welcome.

Let me know who all is down so I can get an idea of the size of this group.

NEW DATE, this was changed from this Saturday(gasparilla) to next Saturday...

    See you all Saturday 2/05/2011:cool:

As long as it's not the local trails about 10 minutes north of there, I would be interested in going.

Already recieved a trespass warrent for being out there. I was told if I get stopped out there again I go straight to jail and my truck gets impounded. This might not even be one of the spots FJ6high was talking about though. There was a local offroad club going out there a while back and they where being really stupid about it. They where taking pics of them climbing over the piles to keep them out and putting them on there site. You could even see the street signs in the background of some of the pics.

This was a while back. The area I pulled into the woods had no signs or anything saying it was posted. I only went about 100 yards off the highway and was stopped driving my RC truck in a sandy area when he pulled up. He was asking if I knew it was private and I told him I didn't see any signs or anything. After he came back from writing me my warrent he was acting all cocky and told me that I should have known that it was private because it had planted pine trees on it and all places with planted pines are posted. So I decided to ask him about all the planted pines on public lands like WMA's and state and national forests. He didn't have an answer for that.lol

I only live about 10 minutes from the steak&shake, so another weekend is fine with me if it is better for everyone else.
