There is the Auto Hobby shop at Corry Station. I did mine on my own over a Saturday. Cost me 35 bucks and I has access to all the tools I needed (and some that I didn't)

I got some welding done at Enhanced Offroad- They were good guys and again they have all the tools and the know how to work on lifts and what not.
