    We have NO plans to dis-continue the v2w at this time or, when (and if) the v3 ever comes to market.

    We are getting as anxious as you guys trying to finish this darn thing!

    The good news is, we're getting really close to releasing the 3VP-TS v1 "naked light" (for the center console). Last word indicated the remaining parts should be delivered 8/6/2013. :)

    Flyzeye Designs sent us a set of cases to do a trial run with some pattern that you guys will hopefully like. We did some in carbon fiber, granite, grey burlwood, and splash. A couple pictures were snapped quick before they were all packaged for shipping.

    Got mine in the mail today and installed it in about 10-15 minutes. The crimps worked out perfect, and it's nice that the instrument panel is flexible enough to allow the wiring so that there is nothing to cut.

    Perfect fit and really well made, thanks guys!!

    Can't wait for darkness to try it out...

    I order my V2W on Thursday night at about 10pm...Just got it in the mail today! I only had to wait 3 days for it!! Super fast shipping, and I will be installing tonight with a buddy! Will post pics on here later tonight! Great job flyzeye team! Amazing customer service!

    Haha I installed it & it went great he's just lazy & hasn't put pics up!!


    Side note,
    On your install instructions, you should make some kind of note saying crimp them no more than an inch away from the factory harness plug ends- I crimped his on a little too far back & it made for a very tight fit upon reassembly

    Shoulda been common sense, but also an easy mistake that'll end in cutting wires to redo

    I love it! The white light throws enough to light up the entire console area without being overly bright and messing up any night vision.

    Install was super easy, and it looks great! Really well made guys, thanks again!

    I told a buddy of mine to try to find the interior mod I had just done and it took him about 5 minutes to see it, it looks like OEM.

    OP, i have some install question for you.

    This product looks AWESOME, and i been browsing on this thread today.
    I learned that v3 is COMING SOON, i was wondering what is the different between v2 and v3?

    Also i have a 2013 Tacoma, i looked at the install instruction, but it didnt look like it applies to the 2012 -13?

    But I've got a '13
    It works great!

    JUST BE CAREFUL
    crimp the wires closer to the harness- not deeper into the dash.

    The V3 may or may not be coming soon. Like any new product, we are experiencing difficulties nailing down the design. We are working on it but continue to experience subtle problems making it increasingly difficult to project an accurate realease date. I will make posts regarding the V3 progress as it comes in. Thanks to those interested for your continued patience.

    FYI - for those on the fence between a V2 and V3, fear not. We will offer you a trade-in credit for your V1 or V2W towards a V3 if and when a V3 ever makes it to market.
