Are you a corner flipper too?

On your cheese when you're cooking burgers? I don't like wasting good cheese by having it fall into the grille. When I was grilling I got to wondering if there are any other people that do this too?

 

Ha, ha... never thought of that. I usually fold it, break it off, and then me and the dog share 'em.

 

If I'm around to fold it over before it melts into the grill then yes.

 

I break it down the middle and put it on the burger in an X, double cheese in the center of the burger.

 

Cheese is a terrible thing to waste.............

 

Bring them in and put the cheese on top while they are still hot, then lick the leftover cheese off the plate after everyone has gotten their burger?

 

I usually tear up the pieces of cheese.



Yes....Pieces...for one burger. I fuckin love me a really cheesy burger.

 

My burgers are big enough for the entire piece of cheese.
