Nice. Love it. Can we see a few more close up pictures. How did you build the grill? Is that on a trailer?

That's the only one so far, taken with cellphone, but yes it is on a trailer, the back side is the 3-Rack smoker & the front is the regular q on both "driver" and "passenger" side. The front section has a spot for the 2nd umbrella or a halogen flood light for night q-ing.

It's a work in progress, what you don't see in the picture is the keg-r-ator inside the garage to the left with two (yes 2) types of beer on tap. But you bring up a good point for "Phase-2" of the project.... Mental note, MUST HAVE BEER BUILT IN!!!!!....

Nice!! We've got one of those generic Brinkmans as a starter. It does well and we've enjoyed many ribs & pork BBQ with it.

    Enjoy the ribs!!

Agreed, but thats where it gets a lil tricky. The problem is the heat from the grill heatin and meltin the ice in the cooler.....and that, my friends is a sin. lol

What about rigging a propane powered fridge? Like the ones in trailers/rv's. Then stock the fridge with BEER! and condiments for the BBQ of course, MORE BEER!
