    Amazing!!! this has been on my list to make for a while now.... havent gotten around yet... Bacon Bomb Explosion.. same idea/concept except i want to smoke it for 4-5hrs.. not sure if you smoked it or just had it on the grill.. im pretty sure u smoked it yea?

    i want to put kielbasas, mushrooms, onions, bell peppers on the inside.

    i slow cooked it on the grill. i just put down a piece of tin foil and let it cook just off center front the heat and rotated it at the 2 hrs to make sure it was evenly cooked. I've seen them smoked on youtube but have had it that way. ya that sounds good. thats why i used a preblended beef and pork meat loft from my bucher shop, for some mild pepper and onion taste. the whole thing feed 14 people at my work
