Yeah, nice warm water. Add the sugar and yeast to that and let it grow nice and frothy. In a separate bowl mix the flour and salt. I make a well with the flour then pour in the water/yeast mix and the oil then mix it with a fork until it comes together. Get it out on the counter and go to town kneading. It does make a slightly wet dough so have some flour out on the counter when you knead it. I also use a half and half mix of AP flour and high gluten.

Chicken for dinner tonight. Flattened out some breasts, added butter, cheese, various spices, turkey cold cut and a little chiracha and glazing vinegar. Rolled up and covered with bacon.

Baked potatoes - cut almost all the way through, brush with melted garlic butter every now-and-then during grilling. I had a foil pouch with apple wood chips to get a little smoke.

Really liking the before shots on that chicken.

Please put up some 'after cooking before consuming' ones ....pretty please? Like a cut one too? That looks awesome as hell

^^^ about 250 for 2.5 hours. Was about 155 when I pulled it.
Unfortunately my son was not home until 3 hours later so it was sitting too long before we had dinner, and had to re-heat it, which usually dries it out some. Was still very moist regardless.

Most of the cheese dripped out during cooking, so I assume a lot of the butter also - I will have to seal the ends better next time.

You're a nicer guy than me. If the troops aren't around when I get done cooking I start eating without them :D:D

Try swishing soda. The fizz will get it.
