    Not at all. If I'm not mistaken a Monster is around 100 calories a can...your intaking 800 calories a day in just beverages! Is there a reason you drink so many or your just addicted?

    I was on the kick for a little bit but when I started getting palpitations and going to bed feeling like crap, waking up after 9 hours of sleep still tired, I stopped drinking them. Now I have a JavaMonster here and there just because they taste good.

    See i never knew that i was stuck on them. I was just thinking oh i got head akes a whole lot then i started drinking them. i felt better. :D But as of now i know that if i dont have one every 2 or 3 hours i feel like shit and also my head hurts like crazy. I drink one or half of one and i feel better lol! that bad...

    This is so bad, your extreme headaches and side effects are mostly
    likely due to the dehydration that caffiene causes, If you drank 1-2 gallons a day it would help.. also this can cause a mild ayrrithmia, and
    high blood pressure which could lead to an early myocardial infarction..
    but damn man I had three one time and thought I was gonna die lol
    But your right drinking one does make me feel better too :D
