need recipe for glazing a ham

getting ready to cook a approx 12lb ham..

looking for a glaze recipe that i can do, something easy!!

 

that looks good, and simple..

i think we're gonna try something with a brown sugar mustard glaze

I've always wanted to try counterfeiting the Honey Baked Ham crust.

I think that after the ham is cooked, they make a paste with dark brown sugar and melted butter.
Cover the ham with the paste and hang it on a hook.
Now the fun part.....

Get the propane tank, hose and weed burner out and torch down that paste to create that delectable crust.



Don't try this at home.
