    Geoff’s Insane Gold Bars

    Ingrediants

    butter 8oz
    peanut butter 3# 12oz
    sugar, powered 3#
    rice krispies 10oz
    milk-chocolate 1# 4oz



    1. Mix butter and peanut butter thoroughly.
    -Add sugar and mix together.

    This part of mix must be moist enough to make a ball in hand but not be sticky.

    2. Add Rice Krispies. DO NOT OVER MIX!!!

    3. Press out to distribute evenly.
    Cover with pan liner and use rolling pin to smooth and even out top.

    4. Melt chocolate chips in heavy cream until smooth & thick.

    5. Pour chocolate over and smooth out. Place in freezer.

    Ready in 30-45 mins!

    NICE WORK MAN!!!!!!

    Maybe a lil less rice crispy next time. And mix a bit more.

    MORE heavy cream added to the chocolate chips for sure(use a whisk)...it should pour all over, then harden in the freezer.


    Dude, I know it still tasted great...good good try!!!;)

    How much sugar do you use....surely not 3 lbs. Does the # symbol in your recipe represent cups? How much heavy cream?

    # = LBS.

    YEs, around 3 lbs of powdered sugar, But you can always make just 1/2 the recipe. You basically turn the peanutbutter into a clay with the sugar.

    Is about a cup of cream to 1 bag of milk chocoate chips. Just melt choco and make creamy enough to POUR over the mix.
