    Since its supposed to be a nice weekend, i'm going to fire up the grill for the first time of the year. Since i killed a few deer this past season, i'm going to make deer steaks and burgers.

    Anyone have any good recipies?

    Old Man Emu Suspension
    a good game sauce is "Henry Baines Sauce"
    1 (12 oz.) bottle Heinz chili sauce
    1 (14 oz.) bottle Heinz tomato catsup
    1 (9 oz.) bottle A-1 Sauce

    4 oz. Heinz 57 sauce
    1 (10 oz.) bottle Worcestershire sauce
    1 (1 lb. 1 oz.) bottle Major Grey's grated chutney (Must Have)

    T dijon mustard
    T brown mustard
    hot sauce to taste

    Used mostly for steaks but great on poultry and game
