What is the best BBQ in the Phoenix area. I visit there each winter and my Uncle and I try and find a new restaurant each year. I love Dillon's and Shane's rib shack. Any other ones out there. He lives in Sun City so we probably wont go to far east.

Yeah, the Hog Trough. We went there back in January when I was out there. It was great. I have saw the Pitts again. Probably check it out when I go back out next January. I loved Tom's BBQ on Olive and 51st?. They changed to Phoenix BBQ then they folded. The onion rings are unreal at Dillon's.
