    Some stuff. Not a lot, just some.
    The rack would have been a good idea I think too. The bottom of the "explosion" wasn't crispy. It really wasn't very greasy at all. Yeah, the bacon grease puddle was about 1/2" deep in that dish. I didn't waste that either. I put it over the Brutus' food. I had to let it cool before I gave it to him. He knew it was coming. He was drooling for a good 15 minutes before I gave it to him. :D

    Drank his entire water dish up after he ate it too.

    I made it tonight :hungry:
    I added sauted onions and garlic in with the crumbled bacon in the center. Cooked it on a boiler pan in the oven at 400 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours till it was 170 degrees inside, then I added the bbq on the outside and broiled for about 5 mins. I'm sure it is better on a smoker, but it was still delicious. BBQ sauce and bacon is fantastic together!
