one of these days I will post the pics of mine, I did it on labour day, my friends "dared" me to do it

but alas, it was not hard to make, I couldn't find any pork sausage to my liking, so I subbed for ground pork. I did not quite reach "pork nirvana" but I was close. Needless to say, I know I haven't been so excited about eating something that good in a long time. I still talk about it at work, and people I tell about it can't believe that I made it, oh well, their loss.
