what are your plans for the turkey leftovers?

    back to bone stock.
    me..family tradition is to make a turkey congee (porridge) for breakfast the next day. our (Chinese) version of turkey noodle soup, done up with rice instead. i am not a big fan of turkey in the first place. the leftovers are more enjoyable for me. i cant wait!!
