Doe's anybody have a badass recipe foe apple pie

Ive been joneing for a good apple pie since my buddy moved, anybody got a good recipe or know of a good one.. Thanks

Shine? Theres a few online. Most require apple juice for the flavor.

 

I have one somewhere. No apple juice required. But I think its also in the crust. If I can find it I will post it.

 

cant really help. but i can say..google "vodka pie crust". americas test kitchen uses some vodka. the alchohol allows the dough to be wetter, making it easier to work with. but since gluten development only happens with water, you get no extra gluten, hench the super flakey crust.

alchohol plus flour equals no gluten. genius. i use this crust all the time.!! if google turns up nothing..let me know. i will take a pic of the recipe and shoot it to you.
