BBQ Bourbon Shrimp Fettuccine

1 Tbsp butter (reserve half)
4 oz BBQ sauce
1/2 Tbsp Knob Creek Bourbon
1 Tsp oregano
Pinch of Rosemary
Squeeze of lemon
Kosher salt

10-12 small shrimp

4-5 oz Fettuccine
-----------------------------------------------------------------------

Start heating water to boil fettuccine
Once water is at a rolling boil, add fettuccine

Melt 1/2 tbsp butter in small sautée pan
Add rosemary
Add shrimp
Add oregano
Add BBQ sauce

Simmer over medium heat for 2-3 minutes

Add Knob Creek Bourbon
Add squeeze of lemon
Add salt to taste

Simmer on low-medium heat until fettuccine is fully cooked

Once fettuccine is cooked, add the remaining 1/2 tbsp butter to shrimp mixture.
Incorporate well.

Strain fettuccine
Place pasta on a plate or in a bowl
Top with BBQ Bourbon Shrimp mixture

Enjoy!
