    mine. NY strip steak!! i find ribeye too fatty..a strip steak is a nice balance for me.

    close second: (not really a steak, i guess) Skirt!! no part of the cow taste beefier IMHO.

    If seasoned accordingly and properly cooked, there aren't many cuts I don't like but my favorite is filet mignon. It's expensive so I don't get it very often but we have a local butcher that lets you pick your own slab of meat. To me, a properly cooked filet topped with melted blu cheese is tough to beat!
