    I am in the market to buy a Vacuum-Coffee Maker! I owned one Long ago, and miss having.

    Does anyone here OWN one? Ever had coffee from one? They are awesome!

    The 12 Cup Classic Bodum Santos programmable electric coffee maker uses the vacuum method, which creates exquisitely flavored coffee. A blind taste test has shown it to brew one of the smoothest tasting cups of coffee you can get, just like the coffee houses. It utilizes a reusable nylon micron filter rather than paper so the flavor is never affected. Easy to use, just put water in the lower chamber, coffee in the top chamber and press the button. Voila! You will get a great cup of coffe in about 8 minutes. The machine is also easily programmable for ready made coffee when you wake up!

    It was called the Barista Utopia. Paid $189 - They dont make them anymore! :(
