    While respecting my Muslim and Jewish brothers, I have to say, I fucking love pork ribs. At the local store, they had a huge blow out of ribs. 4.39 a Kg or 3.38 a lb. That said, I got 4 mammoth racks of ribs for 17 moose bucks.

    Even better. I have 10 days in the oilpatch with which to eat them!

    Who else loves ribs as much as me. I mean seriously, it goes, in order of importance:

    We have a bbq joint. Maddy's bbq & Blues that has a whole slab of ribs for $20. And they always have beer specials. Live music every night. Hmm! I may have the rib sandwich tonight here at work.:D

    I've got a good family. I put things on the list that could potentially move up and down in priority. For me family is always at the up no matter what. :)

    I LOVE ribs. Can't get any good ones around home though and I'm not patient enough to make my own. A couple weeks ago a buddy sent me a gift of pork ribs and Cajun sausages from Willy Ray's in Beaumont Texas. Yum! Those Texans know how to barbecue.

    I'm headed out now for hot wings and cold beers. Yum. Yum.
