    This is good stuff. Marinate with terryaki, add tony's. Wishbone & lemon pepper is another good one. Just plain old salt & pepper is good too. Lots of good choices out there.........

    this is a way i like to do it

    pan fry it with some butter and hammer on the cajun spice + pepper on both sides.
    give it a shot or 2 of jack daniels.
    and throw it on the grill.
    mmmmmm

    First of all,...to pan fry any steak is blasfemy.

    A 'proper' steak should always be cooked over charcoal or a wood fire.

    Salt and Pepper is all you need when cooked 'Properly'. ;)

    well, its only being pan fryed for like 20 seconds or whatever

    its still cooked on a grill.

    i guess everyone has there own way, but i was a cook for a good while and found this to work best.

    I'm a purist.

    I use three kinds of organic unadulterated salts. Himalayan, sea and celtic. Fresh ground organic black peppercorns and cayenne pepper.

    Some fresh garlic may also find it's way there...


    If the meat is too lean, some fresh lard + butter may also find their way there...
